Our large and well-designed commercial kitchen is able to produce just about anything the heart desires. Whether you’re visiting us as a traveling guest or are here for a wedding, we’re confident that your appetite will be well looked after.

We try, as best we can, to use only local produce and meats. We are fortunate to be able to purchase some of the freshest and tastiest fruits and vegetables from our neighbors in the Annapolis Valley and surrounding Lunenburg County. The local farmers’ markets are also favourites of ours for select cuts of meat and fresh seafood.

We must warn you though… it’s awfully difficult to sleep-in at the Arbor View. It won’t be your ears that wake you, but rather your nose. Many a guest planning for a 9am breakfast has arrived early to say “the drifting aroma of Cindy’s scones and percolating coffee was simply too much to resist!”
